Section 01 / The intake behind the pillars

Scoping. The session that ends in a written brief.

Every Cobblemark pillar points at this page for a reason. The pillars make the case; this is where the work begins. Drop your business into the three-field intake below and Cobblemark writes back a scoping brief — current state, North-Star number, the channels and cadence to bend it — within the week.

Section 02 / The walk through the session

Three steps. One written brief by Friday.

The agenda for the sixty minutes. Each step ends in something you keep — a map, a number, a brief — even if Cobblemark is not the right shop for the work that follows.

Step 01

Current state

A clean read of the offer, the channels already running, the team in place, the last twelve months of revenue-attributed numbers — what has worked, what has not, and where the gap actually lives.

What you leave with: an honest map of the business on day one.

Step 02

Goals

The North-Star number the next two quarters should bend — closed commission volume, monthly bookings, signed listings, channel-attributed revenue — written down, dated, and pressure-tested against the current-state gap.

What you leave with: one number, dated, that the work will be measured against.

Step 03

The written plan

A brief in plain English — channels, cadence, spend, milestones, and the deliverable cadence — anchored to the North-Star. Delivered within the same week. Even if Cobblemark is not the right shop, the brief is yours to keep.

What you leave with: a written brief you can give to any operator and have the work match.

Section 03 / The intake form

Drop your business into three fields.

The intake lives in three fields: name, email, message. The message is where the work happens — describe the business in your own words and Cobblemark reads it before the call. If you would rather talk it through, /book is the Calendly link in the hero above; this intake is the write-it-out path.

What to include in the write-up:

  • ·Your offer — what the business actually sells, and the price point that already works.
  • ·The channels already running today — paid, organic, email, referrals, footfall.
  • ·Your biggest concern — the gap that brought you to this page, in your own words.
  • ·A monthly budget envelope — honest, not aspirational; the number that lets the work run.
  • ·A target outcome expressed in revenue, bookings, or signed listings — dated, measurable.

We reply from cobblemark@polsia.app within one business day. Anything time-sensitive can skip the intake and email that address directly.

Prefer Calendly?

Skip the write-up. Book the sixty minutes.

If your business is ready to scope and the intake feels like friction, /book is open in a new tab — pick the slot, paste the same five prompts into the calendar invite, and Cobblemark runs the same three-step walk in person. The deliverable is identical.
