Local marketing ROI calculator
Put your own business math on the table.
For independent retailers, restaurants, practices, and professional services firms: enter the economics you know, then test an illustrative marketing scenario before you book a conversation.
The calculator
Six assumptions. A traceable estimate.
Edit any field and the results recalculate in your browser. Nothing is submitted or stored, and the model never fills an invalid field with a made-up zero.
Step 01 / Your assumptions
Every starting value is illustrative. The additional-leads field is your scenario assumption, not a Cobblemark benchmark. Results are estimates that depend on your offer, market, seasonality, tracking, and execution.
Paid media and marketing services you currently pay for, excluding payroll. Range: 0–50,000.
Calls, forms, bookings, or other inquiries that could become customers. Range: 0–5,000.
The share of qualified inquiries that become paying customers. Range: 0–100.
Revenue you expect from one new customer in their first year. Range: 0–100,000.
The share of customer revenue left after delivery or product costs. Range: 0–100.
Your own scenario for extra qualified inquiries; start conservatively. Range: 0–1,000.
Step 02 / Read the scenario
Illustrative service anchor
Starter · $1,500 / month
A planning anchor for up to $1,500 in current monthly marketing spend. This is a planning anchor, not a personalized quote.

Want to pressure-test this estimate?
Bring these planning assumptions to a scoping call. We can test what is realistic for your offer and market; this illustrative estimate is not a guaranteed outcome.
How the model works
Customers = qualified inquiries × inquiry-to-customer rate. Annual gross-profit impact = additional inquiries × conversion rate × customer value × gross margin × 12. Projected monthly investment adds the selected service anchor to current marketing spend. First-year ROI compares the annual gross-profit impact with the annual service investment.
After the estimate
Bring the assumptions, not just the headline number.
A scoping session can test the inputs against your offer, market, seasonality, and measurement setup before you decide whether a marketing program earns its place.
